Good morning! What is more powerful than to start your day right? I believe, that every beginning of a new day is a chance to live a bit better than yesterday. A little bit healthier, happier or more inspired.¬†Embracing whatever positive direction that can drift your day to your better self and to making right choices. I like to practice meditation and mindfulness right after I wake up, because it allows me to not just open my eyes, but also my mind.
